Accounting Clerk
Part Time/Full Time Temporary and Permanent Opportunities

Qualifications

• Accounting designation with 3-5 years industry experience or accounting degree /diploma
• Expert level excel skills (including look-ups, pivot tables, macros, data analysis, financial modelling)
• Strong team player and ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
• A/P and A/R experience
• Day to day and month end journal entry preparation
• Detailed reconciliations between GL and supporting detail as required
• Regular operational and financial report generation

Bookkeeper
Part Time/Full Time Temporary and Permanent Opportunities

Qualifications

• Tracking and managing A/R, A/P
• Invoicing
• Billing Discrepancies
• Administrative duties as required (filing, answering phone enquiries, etc.)
• Experience with bookkeeping or accounting software applications


Both roles require the following:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines

Software knowledge will be company dependant. Experience in any of the following programs is an asset: QuickBooks, SAGE, Oracle
