Opportunities range from 6-month contracts to permanent roles. Temporary contracts have the potential to be extended or transitioned into permanent employment.

The job descriptions below outline the positions that we regularly recruit for.

Claims Document Support Assistant

CDSAs are responsible for providing administrative support to ICBC’s claims documentation process. Working in a fast-paced environment, they receive and organize a high volume of documents with the aim of ensuring that ICBC’s customers experience an accurate and efficient claims process.  Ideal candidates will have experience in document or mail management, and will be able to work in a timely manner while maintaining a strong eye for detail.

Claims Support Assistant

CSAs are responsible for providing general administrative and customer service support to the ICBC claims process. Working in a fast-paced environment, they work cooperatively to help facilitate an efficient claims process for ICBC’s large and diverse customer base. The ideal candidate has 1 year of clerical experience (ideally in a legal environment) as well as front-facing customer service experience, is very organized, and has professional written communication skills.

 Client Service Representatives

CSRs form an integral part of the ICBC team by delivering professional and informative frontline services to the Corporation’s diverse customer base. Working at a Driver Licencing Centre, the ideal candidate will have a background in banking or other corporate customer service experience, has excellent interpersonal skills, can work confidently under pressure, and is flexible to changing demands. CSR openings include part-time and full-time hours.

Customer Contact Representative  

CCRs operate out of a call centre, answering enquiries from the public relating to a range of departments, and directing callers to the appropriate contact when necessary. Working in a high-volume environment, the ideal candidate has call centre experience, clear communication skills, and the ability to de-escalate conflict. CCR openings include full-time and part-time hours. Extensive training is provided.
