Assessment Requirements

• Minimum typing 35 wpm @ 90% accuracy
• Minimum data entry 5,000 nkph @ 95% accuracy

Salary: $18.70 (+ 18.8% in lieu of benefits/vacation for contract positions)


ICBC – Claims Support Assistants

Claims Support Assistant (Litigation & Medical Ideal) Job Description

Requirements:

• 2 years administrative experience with a (preferred) certificate/diploma in Office Administration
• Experience in a legal/medical office experience (ex. Legal Assistant, MOA) an asset
• Proficient in business English, grammar and spelling
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Flexible and adaptable to changing work demands, volumes, and schedules
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask

Assessment Requirements

• Minimum typing 55 wpm @ 90% accuracy
• Minimum data entry 5,000 nkph @ 95% accuracy

Salary: $20.14  (+ 18.8% in lieu of benefits/vacation for contract positions)


ICBC – Client Service Representatives – Part Time and Full Time

Client Service Representative Job Description

Requirements:

• High school diploma and a minimum of 3 years working in a face to face customer service environment, banking experience preferred
• Experience working under tight time constraints and meeting critical deadlines
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and data entry (min. 5000 ksph at 95% accuracy) skills
• Cash handling experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to diffuse tense situations
• Full commitment to the duration of the assignment and punctuality is essential

Assessment Requirements

• Cash Assessment (administered by ICBC) – 80% overall with completion in under 20 minutes
• Minimum data entry 5,000 nkph @ 95% accuracy

Salary: $23.33/hr (+ 18.8% in lieu of benefits/vacation for contract positions)


ICBC – Customer Contact Representative (Call Centre) – Part Time and Full Time

ICBC Customer Contact Rep Job Description

Requirements

• Post-secondary education (degree, certificate, diploma) or equivalent combination of education and administrative experience in an office environment preferred
• 6 months – 1 year call centre experience preferred. Ideal candidates will have a mix of face to face and call centre customer service experience.
• Experience handling public requests for information in a computerized and regulated environment

Assessment Requirements

• Data Entry 5,000 NKPH
• Call Centre Listening (administered by ICBC)

Training is full time for 8 weeks.

Salary:

Level I: $20.14 (+ 18.8% in lieu of benefits/vacation for contract positions)
Level II: $23.33 (+ 18.8% in lieu of benefits/vacation for contract positions)
